Top Mounted Dual Push Button With Long Pushing Rod And Bracket
This dual flush push button is features with long pushing rod for high toilet cistern. Meanwhile it works as stably as push button with shorter rods. Generally, the longer the pushing rod is, the more unstable the push button performs. It's caused by rods sliding during working. To avoid malfunction, fixing bracket and anti-slippery are offered as stablizers for the push button. It helps to keep right direction and prevent slippage in pushing.

About the finish of the push button
The most frequently applied finish is chrome plating. Although it’s called chrome plating, it actually includes three layers: bottom with copper plating, middle with nickel plating and surface with chrome plating. The thickness of the plating layers decides how long it can endure in corrosion which could be rated by salt spray testing. Our standard for push button is 8H of neutral salt spray. Application of fixing bracket and anti-slippery rubber sheath
Fixing bracket and anti-slippery rubber sheath are only required when the pushing rod is longer than 120 mm. When the length is longer, the stability of the pushing rod decreases and need extra devices to help to maintain the smooth operation. The fixing bracket can helps to keep the direction of the pushing rod, which is especially important for push button dia. 38mm. The distance of the two pushing rods is only 15mm for dia. 38mm button. The rods tends to change direction and points at the frame instead of the moving part of flush valve, which will abort the flush operation and end user feels like the button get stuck. The anti-slippery rubber sheath could create bigger friction when rod tip touches press button of flush valve and prevent the pushing rods from sliding. In all, the bracket and rubber sheath increases the stability of push button operation and reduce the failure rate.
